BACKGROUND:
In this year of uncertainty and fear, consumers have less discretionary income, and the most joyous season at Starbucks is at risk of falling flat.
INSIGHT:
The holiday drinks at Starbucks provide consumers with a welcomed escape and invite them to indulge in the little joys of the season.
SOLUTION:
An uplifting holiday campaign that invites consumers to indulge in the little joys of the season. A simple three-word headline construct cues the holiday season while highlighting features of the drinks. Operators were encouraged to order the seasonal ingredients in order to keep spirits bright and ultimately raise the holiday visits in their cafes.
