BACKGROUND:
Following the popularity of cold foam on their seasonal drinks, Starbucks decided to launch the Cold Foam platform for their everyday menu.
INSIGHT:
Cold foam is created by whipping non-fat milk in a special blender, creating a creamy, merengue-like texture. It allows Consumers to top any cold beverage with the thick foam they enjoy on their hot espresso favorites.
SOLUTION:
An enticing product launch to both intrigue and educate B2B & B2C audiences. Descriptive, textural headlines teased the flavor appeal to convince consumers to try the new product, while We Proudly Serve location operators were convinced that an upfront machine investment would pay off in the long run through a digital campaign.
